   This Privacy Policy describes how CODEIUM (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile application Room8: AI Mood Tracker (the “App”).

   Applicability: This policy applies specifically to the App listed on Google Play. The Android package name is com.codeium.room8.

3. 3. Information We Collect

   We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect content you write in the App. However, the App may collect limited diagnostics and device information through service providers to keep the App reliable and secure. This may include:

   • App diagnostics (e.g., crash logs, performance data, error traces).
   • Device and app information (e.g., device model, OS version, language, App version).

   We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or microphones/camera recordings, and we do not collect personal identifiers like your name or email through the App interface.

   • Monitor stability and performance, fix bugs, and improve reliability.
   • Protect the App against abuse and maintain security.

5. 5. Sharing & Processing

   We do not sell your data. We may share diagnostics and device information with service providers who process it on our behalf to provide analytics and crash reporting (for example, Google/Firebase services). These providers are bound by contracts to use the data only as instructed by us.

   Diagnostics and device information are retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, after which they are deleted or anonymized according to our and our service providers’ retention practices.

   • You can request access to or deletion of data associated with your device by emailing room8.space@gmail.com.
   • You can reset the App’s local data from your device settings or by reinstalling the App.
   • If your device settings allow, you can limit diagnostics sharing (e.g., disable usage & diagnostics at the OS level). Features may be impacted if critical diagnostics are disabled.

9. 9. Children’s Privacy

   The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. 10. International Transfers

    Service providers may process data on servers located outside your country. We take steps to ensure such transfers comply with applicable data-protection laws.

11. 11. Changes to This Policy
